Feb 27, 2018 at 23:26 comment added circlesix I'm talking about doing general research into the module itself and seeing what support they offer or if they have good support. The module env of magento is pretty close nit community, so most devs have had some exp with different companies. But more generally, i have found helping people finds it's own path, sometimes dead ends, but rarely. If the OP is willing to work to the solution, a path "reveals" (ooooo, spooky!) itself, even if it's a code base we don't have access to.
Feb 27, 2018 at 18:19 comment added Rick Buczynski It's always good to see new faces around here! On #4 - Love your passion for engagement. On #1 - Your response is a bit unclear to me. How would you shepherd in a situation where no answer for the OP is apparent? Are there practical rules to follow for delivering an effective question? Give an example of how you might educate a seemingly helpless OP.

Feb 22, 2018 at 5:52 comment added Rajeev K Tomy One question.. is circle six your real name? If not, do you think a moderator need a nick name/cover? Btw I love all of your opinions above. Good luck.
